Bryan Jay is an acclaimed American hard rock guitarist, best known as a founding and longtime member of the iconic band KEEL. Joining in 1984, Bryan helped shape the group's classic sound during their major-label era. Produced by KISS legend Gene Simmons, KEEL's first two albums—The Right to Rock (1985) and The Final Frontier (1986)—charted on the Billboard Hot 100, delivering high-energy anthems that defined '80s hard rock. The 1987 self-titled album on MCA Records, produced by renowned mixer Michael Wagener, sustained the band's momentum through minor hits like "Somebody's Waiting" and extensive touring. Their fifth release, the hybrid album "Larger Than Live", followed in 1989, blending six new studio tracks with six live recordings from The Roxy Theater in Hollywood, California.
KEEL shared stages worldwide with rock giants including Bon Jovi, Mötley Crüe, Aerosmith, Triumph, Quiet Riot, Van Halen, Dio, Queensrÿche, Krokus, Accept, Loudness, Tesla, Poison and many more. After a long hiatus, the band reunited for a reunion show in November 2008 to mark the 25th anniversary of the band. Their comeback debut performance occurred in Hollywood, CA on January 24, 2009, and they later played the third annual Rocklahoma festival in July 2009. In 2010, the band released brand new album "Streets of Rock & Roll" and a remastered 25th anniversary edition of "The Right to Rock", which added a brand-new re-recording of the title song as a bonus track, and they has remained active ever since, thrilling fans at major festivals and events like Rocklahoma, M3 Festival, Stockholm Rock Out Festival, Frontiers Rock Festival, KEELFEST, and the Monsters of Rock Cruise's.

After leaving Keel in 1990, Bryan and (KEEL) drummer Dwain Miller formed the band DOGBONE, initially featuring vocalist Eddie Saiz and bassist Rob Thiessen; ex-Riot singer Rhett Forrester later replaced Saiz on vocals. The band was revived in the early 2020s, with a new lineup in 2023–2024 including vocalist Bob Reynolds and bassist David Dion, leading to the release of singles "Speed Kills" (2024) and "Bad Blood" (2025).

In 2008, Bryan founded Digital Assassin Music, a successful music licensing company creating original tracks for television shows, films, promos, commercials, and other media—Drawing on his decades of experience in rock music, songwriting, and production (including contributions to projects like the VH1 film Hysteria: The Def Leppard Story), Bryan built DAM to fill the need for fresh, master-quality original music tailored specifically for sync opportunities.
The company has grown into a trusted source for broadcasters and producers, with an extensive catalog of thousands of licensed tracks featured in North America and internationally. Notable credits include blockbuster reality series (Deadly Women, Catfish: The TV Show, Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood), classic sitcoms (The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, The Mentalist), sports programming (US Open on FOX, NASCAR Raceday), daytime staples (Judge Judy, The Talk), and high-profile promos for CBS hits like NCIS Los Angeles, Hawaii Five-O, Blue Bloods, and The Price Is Right, and many more…
